How rewards work

You automatically earn one Point for every dollar spent on qualifying merchandise. Other methods of earning Points may be occasionally available such as Point multipliers and bonus Point offers.

Points can be redeemed on the same order they are earned or saved over multiple orders. To save your Points, you must be logged into a Quill account at the time of purchase. See the full Terms & Conditions for details.

Points can be redeemed for discounts and merchandise found on the Reward Center.

You must have a Quill account to save your Points earned over multiple purchases. Points will be saved to the username that is logged in and completes the purchase.

No. You can use your Points on the same order they are earned as a guest. However, you cannot save unused Points from the transaction unless you are logged into a Quill account.

Yes. An account's total Point balance will expire when the account has no purchase activity for 60 consecutive days. Points will remain available if the account maintains an active status of making a purchase at least every 60 days.

Some reward items are shipped separately from your regular order and varies by item. Reward items will not ship until the merchandise for which you earned the Points has shipped. Please see the product details page of the reward you have chosen for details for shipping times.

Gift cards will be emailed to email address on Quill order within 2-5 business days.

If you return merchandise purchased, your original payment type will be refunded, and Quill will remove any Point earnings related to the transaction from your Point balance. If you have already used all or a portion of those Points, your Point balance could potentially go negative until you earn Points to make up the deficit.
