When activated, the desk will rise 2.36 inches over 5 minutes, providing gentle elevation that encourages subtle shifts in posture and muscle engagement. After reaching its peak height, the desk will pause for 2 minutes before gradually lowering back down, allowing your body to rest and reset before the next cycle begins. These micro movement cycles are programmed to repeat four times within a 48-minute period, perfectly aligned with a 4-hour block of focused work.
