No, there are no fees.
Where can I view my special pricing?
After your account manager has activated your AEPA account, please log in to Quill.com to see your AEPA pricing. You must log in to your AEPA account to see your AEPA pricing. Quill is also a retail website open to the public, and if you visit the website without logging in to your AEPA account, you will not see your AEPA pricing.
How do I know if I qualify for discount pricing?

Is there a fee for delivery or a minimum order amount?
Orders of $25 or more ship free within the contiguous 48 states. A handling fee of $5.99 is applied to orders of $24.99 or less.
