What Is a Correction Pen?
Correction pens are filled with correction fluid, an opaque white fluid applied to copy paper in order to cover up errors. Once dried, corrected areas can be written or typed on. Correction pens are a way to use correction fluid in a precise, simplified manner. Unlike bottled fluid, correction pens provide razor-sharp accuracy with every mark on the paper, preventing errors or spills. There’s no need to worry about whether or not you’ll accidentally blot out a word while trying to mask a semicolon. Correction fluid pens allow for easy fixes without any overflow.
To use a correction pen, simply apply the pen to the beginning of the error you wish to erase, and squeeze while pressing down on the pen. Smoothly pull the pen over the error, leaving a coat of correction fluid behind, and lift the pen from the paper after it is fully covered. Do a second coat if necessary after the first coat has dried to prevent the paper from becoming damp and thin.
