How do I create a username and password?

Simply start shopping by filling your cart with items you want to purchase.

After clicking the Checkout button, you will be prompted to sign in. If you haven't created your user name, click the Continue to Checkout button and follow the simple steps to submit your order. The next day you will have access to order tracking information, invoices for shipped orders, access to our easy Return Wizard and more. Best of all, returning business customers will be able to enjoy streamlined checkout.

I am a current Quill.com customer but do not have a username and password?

If you haven't established an online account yet, follow the steps outlined above. Once you are registered, you will instantly be able to shop and order product from Quill.com in one simple step.

How do I recover my username or password?

If you forgot your login information, you can go to the Login Assistance page to request an instant password reset. Simply enter the email address on your profile, or your user name and the answer to your password reminder question and, in less than 2 minutes you will receive an email that contains your username and a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive your password reset email within 2 minutes, please check your “SPAM” folder.

Note: you can also access the Login Assistance page by moving your mouse over the My Account link at the top of the page and then clicking “Forgot your user name or password?”

What is the benefit of having an online account?

Once you have placed your first order on Quill.com, the following day you will have access to all order details needed to manage your account right from your desktop. What is QuillCash™?

My business is tax exempt. What do I need to do?

Simply send your tax exemption certificate to our tax department and, once we receive it, any tax charged to your account will be credited. Please reference your Quill account number or write “new” if you are a new Quill customer.

If we already have your tax exemption certificate on file, and this is your first order on quill.com, your Online Order Recap will show sales tax, but your Order Confirmation e-mail will reflect the correct final pricing with no tax.

Quill.com ships to all 50 states and any territory bearing a U.S. zip code. (international orders are defined as shipments addressed to countries other than U.S. states or territories.)
